It’s time for another update on the progress of construction at the TODI buildings in our residential complex. In March 2024, the project continues to take shape, and our team is working tirelessly to bring to life the modern and comfortable homes you’ve been dreaming of.

One of the key aspects at this stage of the project is the continuation of masonry work on the upper floors of the TODI buildings. In addition, intensive work is underway on the plumbing and electrical systems, as well as on the service areas on the lower levels of the buildings.

For us, every apartment is special and unique, so our designers and architects work closely with clients to discuss the details of the interior design. From the placement of electrical outlets and the installation of the HVAC system to the positioning of light fixtures, every aspect is carefully considered and customized to meet the needs and preferences of each resident.
