In July, the construction site in northern Timișoara is bustling with activity. The Ateneo complex is taking shape, and the TODI apartment buildings are in the final stages of completion.

TODI 1 – fully sold

The first building in this project has already been completely sold out, even before construction was finished—a clear sign of the growing interest in the northern area, one of the most dynamic in Timișoara.

TODI 2 and TODI 3 – the last available apartments

Construction work on the TODI 2 and 3 buildings continues on the lower floors, where:

  • the hardwood floors and baseboards have been installed,
  • the interior and entry doors have been installed,
  • the bathroom fixtures have been installed,
  • and the bathroom furniture is already in place.

On the ground floor of the buildings, the commercial spaces are currently being fitted out, and the windows are already installed, offering a clear glimpse of the comfort to come.

Scheduled for completion in March 2026, these apartments not only feature a modern style and efficient layouts, but can also be purchased now at a reduced VAT rate of 9%, resulting in significant savings.
