Work on the TODI buildings within the Ateneo complex continues at a steady pace, with significant progress made this month. We are pleased to provide you with a detailed update on the construction milestones for September and to share the latest news from the construction site.

1. Wall Finishing: Floors 1 and 2

This month, our teams began the process of finishing the interior walls in the TODI buildings, starting with floors 1 and 2. These floors are the first where the utility work has been fully completed, which has allowed us to move forward with the interior finishes, giving future owners an increasingly clear picture of the living spaces.

2. Progress in Installing Utilities

Regarding the installation of water, electrical, and air conditioning systems, significant progress has been made up to the 8th floor. Each stage is carried out with the utmost care to ensure a high standard of quality specific to every apartment in the complex. We are committed to delivering safe and energy-efficient solutions for our future residents.

3. Completion of the polystyrene insulation of the buildings

Another major milestone achieved this month is the completion of the polystyrene insulation of the TODI buildings. This insulating layer will ensure superior thermal efficiency, contributing to the long-term comfort of residents and reducing heating and cooling costs. We are proud of the pace at which these essential works for the safety and sustainability of our buildings have been completed.

4. Delivery and Installation of Windows

We have already received the first batch of windows, and their installation has begun. These high-quality windows are specially selected to provide optimal sound and thermal insulation, contributing to the comfort and privacy of each apartment. Soon, all floors will benefit from this significant upgrade, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere inside the homes.

5. Opening of the showroom and scheduling meetings with owners

By the end of this month, we will officially open the Ateneo showroom. Starting with this opening, our future residents will be able to attend meetings to select their desired finishes. This is an extremely important step, as we offer the possibility of customizing the apartments according to each owner’s preferences and needs. Our interior designers will be available to assist residents in making the best decisions regarding design and materials.

September was a month full of progress for the TODI apartment buildings.
