In February, work on the TODI buildings within the Ateneo complex continues with passion and dedication, bringing significant progress and turning the project into reality.

The progress is evident, and the structure of each TODI building rises higher toward the sky. TODI 1 has reached the 6th floor, while TODI 2 and TODI 3 are nearing the 4th floor, demonstrating our commitment to delivering the project on time and to the highest quality standards. Our dedicated team is working tirelessly to ensure the solid and sustainable construction of every apartment.

A key milestone in the project’s progress will be the reconfiguration of the apartments on the 7th floor, resulting in spacious four-bedroom units that will offer a new level of comfort and elegance. Looking ahead to the coming months, we are committed to fully completing the structural work on the TODI buildings.

At the same time, intensive work is underway on the plumbing and electrical systems, as well as on the service areas and apartments. Every detail is handled with care and passion to ensure a high standard of quality.

On the lower floors, the masonry and interior layout are beginning to take shape, defining the spacious and well-designed living areas of the apartments. Furthermore, we are proud to announce the completion of the thermal and sound insulation work in the stairwell, which ensures a comfortable and quiet environment for our future residents.
