In the midst of a busy development phase, the Ateneo Complex in Timi\u0219oara is rapidly transforming into an ideal neighborhood to live in. With meticulous attention to every detail, the TODI buildings, currently under construction, promise to become a landmark in the modern residential landscape of northern Timi\u0219oara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

September 2023 marks a significant milestone in the development of this residential complex: the foundations for the TODI buildings have already been laid, and work is underway on erecting the floors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure maximum strength and withstand weather conditions and structural stress, the foundation is reinforced with steel rebar<\/strong>, and to protect the foundation from potential water and moisture infiltration, a double-membrane waterproofing system is carefully applied<\/strong>. One of the distinctive features of this technology is the absence of beams extending into the interior of the apartments. This aspect opens up the possibility for more versatile interior layouts and more spacious rooms. Furthermore, this protective layer ensures that the structure remains dry and weather-resistant<\/em>, thereby contributing to the durability of the homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
