At Ateneo, we love keeping our community updated on all the progress, technical details, and... the excitement of a construction project taking shape, day by day. That’s exactly why April brings us good news straight from the complex’s construction site.

👉 What happened last month?

Alongside preparations for the completion of the TODI 2 and TODI 3 buildings, the work teams have completed several key milestones in the interior and exterior finishes:

  • Tile flooring is being installed in the hallways and common areas;
  • Plumbing fixtures are being installed in the apartments;
  • The final coat of washable paint is being applied, in colors chosen for brightness and visual comfort;
  • Work is underway on the exterior paving, with the future access paths already being laid out.

And the most noticeable change — the outdoor walkways and parking lot have been paved. Now you can clearly see and feel the direction!

🔴 TODI 1 is already fully sold out, even before construction is complete—a sign that people can sense when a place becomes “home” even in the planning stages.

🟢 At this time, only 12 apartments remain available in the TODI 2 and TODI 3 buildings.
